 学校自2007年创建至今，数千家庭选择了我们，更有来自世界各地的上百家庭也选择了我们，这让我既感到自豪，又备感责任重大。自2007年创办至今，越来越多的年轻教师，怀着教育的理想和梦想，成为我们的同事，伙伴，这让我既感到鼓舞，又备感责任重大。我们唯有将信任和梦想，融化成投身教育的动力。用课程与教学的持续改革，为孩子们未来五彩的人生奠定坚实的基础，积淀勇敢前行的自信；用课程与教学的持续改革，为我们的教师们规划成长的阶梯，提供生命绽放的舞台。学校，是一个融合发展的生命体，是一个开放包容、尊重互补的共同体。我们唯有以孩子的未来为指引，抱团成长，共同努力，才能真正实现我们的理念——“微笑每一天！”

Since our school was founded in 2007, thousands of families have chosen us including some 100 international families, which filled me with both enormous pride and responsibility.Since the school’s foundation in 2007, more and more young teachers, with the ideals and dreams of education, have become our colleagues and partners, for which I feel both encouraged and responsibilities.We are determined to translate such trust and dreams into the fuels to commit ourselves to education. By continuously optimizing our curriculum and teaching methods, we will help our kids build a solid foundation and confidence to forge ahead for the future. By continuously optimizing our curriculum and teaching methods, we will plan best paths for teachers’ career development and find them a stage to bring their potential into full play.A school, like a living organism of integrated growht, should be an open and inclusive community with mutual respect and complementarity. Only by growing together with concerted efforts oriented to future of our children, can we truly live our philosophy: “Smile everyday!”
